Information you provide

Inquiry forms collect the contact and business information you enter, such as your name, email, company, position, phone, address, and answers about your business or request. Required and optional fields are identified. Avoid including sensitive personal information in open-text answers.

The home visualizer requires a name, email, US ZIP code, a house photo you have permission to use, and acceptance of its separate privacy & use notice. It records your selected finishes, request status and time, consent version, and optional contractor-contact choice.

How information is used and who receives it

We use inquiry details to respond to your request and manage the relationship in Salesforce. If you separately choose newsletter updates, your preference is recorded with your inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not itself subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize contractor contact.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes connection information to deliver and protect the site. Enabling Google reCAPTCHA connects your browser to Google for spam and abuse prevention and can involve browser, device, connection, and cookie information. Google verification stays off until you enable it. Read the cookie notice for your choices.

When you select Generate, your prepared photo and selected finishes are sent to OpenAI for an AI preview. Salesforce stores your contact details and request history. The visualizer uses a protected fingerprint derived from your connection’s IP address for abuse controls. The site and Salesforce do not archive the uploaded photos or generated previews; service providers’ processing and retention are separate.

If you independently select optional contractor contact in the visualizer, VERASKOPE may share your name, email, ZIP code, and project request with participating contractors so they can respond. This is optional and is not required to generate a preview.

Cookies and tracking preferences

Google Analytics is not currently enabled on this website. When available, optional Google Analytics 4 (GA4) measures website visits, button clicks, and inquiry activity only after a visitor allows it. Inquiry activity includes when a form is started, whether it shows a validation error, and when a submission is attempted or acknowledged. When enabled, Google receives browser identifiers, browser and device information, and limited visit and event information. Google also processes connection information, including IP addresses, when your browser connects to its service. Our analytics events exclude inquiry answers, contact details, house photos, and the visualizer’s protected IP fingerprint. GA4 can also create session and engagement events after consent. Consented analytics user and event data is configured for 14-month retention. The user-data retention period resets with new consented activity; standard aggregated reports are kept separately. Known public campaign codes may identify how visitors reached the site; raw query strings and form answers are excluded.

Use “Cookie notice & choices” to accept, reject, or change analytics where it is available. Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off, even if a previous saved choice allowed it. Legacy Do Not Track is not used as an analytics preference. These browser choices do not change permissions for contact information already submitted to Salesforce; use the privacy contact for those requests.

The website’s advertising panels and partner logos do not themselves enable tracking. Social links open external websites, which have their own privacy practices. Limited local storage remembers notice dismissal and, where available, your separate analytics choice. See cookies and your choices for storage details and withdrawal controls.

Retention

Inquiry and contact records are kept for responding to inquiries and follow-up until you request removal, subject to any applicable legal or operational retention requirements. Visualizer request-record personal details and protected fingerprints are scheduled for removal after the period displayed before generation; the default is 30 days. This does not automatically remove a separate Lead or Contact record. The visualizer notice explains the distinction.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, withdraw optional contractor-contact permission, or stop newsletter updates by emailing info@veraskope.com. Identify the email used for your inquiry. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive information in an initial request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting.

Your statutory rights depend on where you live and which laws apply. Requests may be subject to exceptions such as required record retention. If we cannot complete a request, you can ask us to review the response through the same contact address. A request does not itself confirm that information has been deleted.

Children and notice changes

The site is intended for adults seeking business information or planning a home project. Please do not submit children’s information. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been submitted. We will update this page and its date when these website practices change.
